WESTPORT — Tree work along Myrtle Avenue is set to restrict traffic flow on Friday, Jan. 6, and Monday, Jan. 9.
Tree removals are scheduled by the Department of Public Works along a stretch of Myrtle Avenue from its intersection with Church Lane to the road’s intersection with Evergreen Avenue.
Traffic is expected to move through the area in an alternating, one-lane pattern, according to the DPW, and the roadway may have to be completely closed to traffic Monday.
Traffic-sign guidance will be posted for the duration of the project, officials said.
Drivers are advised to expect delays.
