Artist Maria De Los Angeles is working on a commissioned textile sculpture for our 2026 exhibition For Which It Stands… Participants in this workshop will have the unique opportunity to create a miniature flag representing their own heritage or concerns that she will incorporate into the artwork! Supplies will be provided, but the artist encourages participants to bring along materials they might like to upcycle (like old denim, bandanas, etc.).
