WESTPORT — Meals and music are on the menu as “Supper & Soul” returns this spring after a two-year hiatus.

The event, set for Saturday, May 7, will feature a musical performance by Cris Jacobs at the Westport Library, following a range of dining options at 11 local restaurants.

This eighth Supper & Soul event is co-sponsored by the Westport-Weston Chamber of Commerce and the library.

Tickets, on sale now, cost $90 per person for a three-course dinner at a participating restaurant as well the Jacobs concert. Dinner seatings are at 6 p.m.; the concert starts at 8 o’clock.  

Participating downtown restaurants include:190 Main, Amis, Arrezo, Basso, Capuli, De Tapas, Don Memo, Manna Toast, Spotted Horse, Wafu and Walrus Alley.

Tickets for the concert alone cost $40.

“The time is right to bring this back, people are ready to enjoy energizing downtown and spending a great Saturday night out on the town,” Matthew Mandell, the chamber’s executive director, said in a publicity release for the event.

 “Cris Jacobs is the right act, he blew everyone away at the 2017 Blues Views and BBQ and now he’s back, just like this event.”
