
WESTPORT–After last weekend’s nor’easter, the perfect weather predicted for Saturday (sunny with highs in the 60s), has the organizers of several community events expecting to see sizable crowds.

- Westoberfest will feature three different free art activities for kids. Plus carnival games and pumpkin decorating–also free. Elm Street (1 to 5 p.m.). Details here.

- The Westport Museum of History and Culture hosts a curated outdoor market with 30+ artisans displaying and selling clothing, pottery, jewelry and more. Avery Place (10 a.m. to 4 p.m.). Details here.

- KMS hosts an open house at the new HQ for Compass Real Estate / Westport. It is in the Post Road East building that formerly held Patagonia. Come for the murals alone! 87 Post Road East (noon to 4 p.m.).

- The Slice of Saugatuck is rescheduled from last week. Sample tastes from neighborhood restaurants, hit the bounce house, listen to the three bands and kick back with a beer. Bridge Square (2 to 5 p.m.). Details here.
