WESTPORT — Information about candidates in Westport’s Nov. 7 municipal election is available through the “Vote411” website posted by the League of Women Voters Education Fund.
Local details, compiled by the League of Women Voters of Westport, include a list of contenders running for seats on town boards and commissions, as well as the Representative Town Meeting.
There are also short candidate biographies and answers to questions posed by the LWV.
The website, sponsored nationally by the League of Women Voters Education Fund, is searchable by a voter’s address, providing information not only about townwide races but the relevant RTM district.
Voters who would like to see samples of the Nov. 7 ballots, as prepared for Westport’s nine voting districts, can find them posted by the Town Clerk’s Office.
The Town Clerk’s website also lists information about polling stations, voter registration and absentee ballots.
