WESTPORT — After several weeks of delay due to weather, the Westport Police Benevolent Association’s 3rd annual Car Cruise fundraiser took place on Saturday.

The event was held in memory of the late Deputy Chief Vinny Pena, whose birthday happened to fall on Saturday.

Dozens of classic cars were on view at the event, which was held at the Westport train station’s westbound parking lot at the corner of Charles and Park Streets, along with food and music.

Funds raised through the event went to various charities supported by the WPBA.
