WESTPORT — “Strengthening Israel” will be the topic of a panel discussion, featuring speakers from the Jewish Business Network, hosted Nov. 9 by Chabad of Westport.

The program will begin with a reception at 6:45 p.m., followed by the speakers program at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 9, at Chabad of Westport, 79 Newtown Turnpike.

The event is planned, according to organizers, “to bolster Israel when it needs us the most,” with a focus on mobilizing private and corporate support.

Panelists will discuss various ways to support Israel, “including activism, social media advocacy, financial assistance, investments in Israeli bonds and more,” according to a publicity release.
