During the week of July 27-31, 10 properties sold for a total of $24.4 million, including properties on Bayberry Lane (shown), Compo Road N, Edgewater Hillside, Keller Lane, Loren Lane, Post Road E, Side Hill Road, Turkey Hill Road N and Washington Ave.

During the week of July 20-24, 11 properties sold for a total of $31.1 million, including properties on Berndale Drive, Hales Road, High Pt Road, Imperial Ave., North Ave., Pond Edge Road (shown), Sturges Commons, Sturges Highway, Tanglewood Lane, Washington Ave. and Wild Rose Road.

During the week of July 6-10, nine properties sold for a total of $30.3 million, including properties on Angora Road, Burr School Road, Cross Highway, Dover Road, Easton Road, Fillow St., Horseshoe Lane, Meadow View Drive, Roseville Road, Vineyard Lane, Wake Robin Road, Webb Road (shown) and Woody Lane.

During the week of July 6-10, nine properties sold for a total of $30.3 million, including properties on Beachside Common (shown), Davenport Ave., Ferry Lane E, Highland Road, Kings Highway N, Loren Lane, Marc Lane, Oakwood Lane and Rockyfield Road.
