During the week of Nov. 17-21, 22 properties sold for a total of $88.1 million, including properties on Beachside Ave. (shown), Brookside Drive, Buena Vista Drive, Drumlin Road, Easton Road, Harvest Commons, Lansdowne, Maple Ave. S, Northside Lane, Pin Oak Court, Post Road E, Roshab Lane, Sasco Creek Road, Saugatuck Ave., Washington Ave. and Wilton Road.

During the week of Nov. 10-14, nine properties sold for a total of $17.5 million, including properties on Greens Farms Road (shown), Jennings Court, Maplewood Ave., Riverside Ave., Roseville Road, Sherwood Drive, Strathmore Lane, Sylvan Road N and West Parish Road.

During the week of Nov. 3-7, 10 properties sold for a total of $28.8 million, including properties on Brookside Drive (shown), Crawford Road, Crescent Park Road, Cross Highway, Dogwood Lane, Maplegrove Ave., Mayflower Parkway, Old Hill Farms Road, Sunny Acres Lane and Surf Road.

During the week of Oct. 27-31, nine properties sold for a total of $19.2 million, including properties on Beachside Common (shown), Clinton Ave., Franklin Ave., Grove Pt Road, Harbor Road, Hills Lane, Old Road, Pin Oak Court and Post Road E.

During the week of Oct. 20-24, seven properties sold for a total of $19.2 million, including properties on Bonnie Brook Road, Boxwood Lane (shown), Budner Lane, Buena Vista Drive, Cross Highway, Ferry Lane E and Fillow St.

During the week of Oct. 13-17, 10 properties sold for a total of $29.7 million, including properties on Beltas Farm Lane, Blue Ribbon Drive, Burritts Landing N (shown), Heather Hill, Old Hill Farms Road, Partrick Road, Robert Lane, Roseville Road, Tierney Lane and Wassell Lane.

During the week of Oct. 6-10, seven properties sold for a total of $9.4 million, including properties on Bridge St., Janson Drive, Richmondville Ave., River Lane (shown), Sandy Hill Terrace, Twin Bridge Acre Road and Whitney Glen Drive.

During the week of Sept. 29-Oct. 3, 14 properties sold for a total of $35.0 million, including properties on Ambler Road W, Evergreen Parkway, Greens Farms Road, Harvest Commons, Hillspoint Road, Iris Lane, Northfield Drive, Otter Trail, Richmondville Ave., Sturges Commons (shown), Terra Nova Circle and West Parish Road.

During the week of Sept. 22-16, 13 properties sold for a total of $21.00 million, including properties on Berkeley Hill, Bowling Lane, Calumet Road, Cranbury Road, Easton Road, Florian Court (shown), George St., Hills Lane, Parsell Lane, Prospect, Road, Pumpkin Hill, Sherwood Drive and Sturges Highway.

During the week of September 15-19, twelve properties sold for a total of $37.52 million, including properties on Bauer Place, Compo Road N, Harding Lane, Hunt Club Lane, Kings Highway S, Long Lots Road, Morningside Drive S, Park Lane, Pleasant Valley Lane, Rayfield Road, Richmondville Ave. and Twin Circle Drive (shown).

During the week of September 8-12, twelve properties sold for a total of $37.52 million, including properties on Bauer Place Ext, Bradley St., Catamount Road, Compo Hill Ave (shown), Easton Road, Harvest Commons, Lansdowne, Post Road E, Reimer Road, Swallow Lane, Sylvan Road N and Wilton Road.

WESTPORT — During the week of Sept. 1-5, four properties sold for a total of $8.36 million, including properties on Bridge St., Grouse Path (shown), Plumtree Lane and Ruta Court.

During the week of Aug. 25-29, six properties sold for a total of $16.29 million, including properties on Great Marsh Road, Narrow Rocks Road, Overlook Road, Post Road E, Sturges Commons (shown) and Wassell Lane.
