WESTPORT — The Westport Library’s “Booked for the Evening” event — its largest fundraiser gala of the year — is back on schedule for Monday, June 20.
Originally scheduled for tonight (June 1), the program honoring producer and author Shonda Rhimes, had to be canceled on Monday evening.
“The library is very grateful to Ms. Rhimes for her efforts to reschedule so quickly,” Nancy Klein, chief development & marketing communication officer, said in a message.
Rhimes, CEO of the media conglomerate Shondaland, is the creator of “Grey’s Anatomy” and executive producer of “Inventing Anna.”
