WESTPORT — Isaac Mizrahi, “Project Runway: All Stars” judge and Broadway performer, will appear with his band June 15 at the Westport Country Playhouse.

Mizrahi’s show, described as a mix of comedy, commentary and music, will take place at 8 p.m. Saturday, June 15, at the playhouse, 25 Powers Court.

Over a career spanning more than three decades, Mirahi has performed on Broadway and other venues across the nation; was a judge on “Project Runway: All-Stars” for all seven seasons of the television series, and has a new podcast, “Hello Isaac.”

He also was the subject and co-creator of “Unzipped,” a documentary following the making of his fall 1994 collection; hosted a television talk show, and wrote three books, including a 2019 memoir, “I.M.”

Script in Hand: “The Outsider”

The next presentation in the playhouse’s Script in Hand play-reading series is the political comedy, “The Outsider.”

The play, by Paul Slade Smith, will be read by seven actors at 7 p.m. Monday, June 10. To reserve tickets in advance online, click here.

“The Outsider,” according to playhouse publicity, is “a timely comedy that skewers modern American politics and celebrates democracy.”
