WESTPORT — “Cheese Fries & Chili Dips,” one man’s account of trying to get in the swing of the PGA golf tour while coping with bipolar issues, will be performed twice this week at the Westport Country Playhouse’s Sheffer Studio.

The show, written and performed by Chris Fuller, a Weston native, is set for 7:30 p.m. Thursday and Friday, Aug. 22-23, at the studio on playhouse property, 25 Powers Court.

Tickets cost $25, and can be purchased in advance online by clicking here and scanning the QR code. A reception with hors d’oeuvres and music will precede each performance at 6:30 p.m.

Fuller’s one-man shows will benefit the International Mental Health Foundation, which works to increase awareness of mental health issues through the performing arts, according to event organizers.
