WESTPORT–The Building Department has issued a permit to demolish the house at 6 Sunny Acres Lane.
The 1¼-story cape cod was built in 1951. It has 1,200-square-feet of living space, four bedrooms, a bathroom, basement area and finished attic expansion. The property traded hands in November 2025 for $950,000. The property’s current assessment is $491,500.
Sunny Acres Lane is off of Fairport Road, which is off of Bulkley Ave. N.
