WESTPORT — The Building Department has issued a permit to demolish the house at 32 Webb Road.
The two-story Colonial was built in 1925. It has 3,200 square feet of living space, four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a half-bathroom, crawl space, garage, stone patio, finished upper story and finished attic.
The property traded hands in May for $1,450,000. It had previously traded for $499,000 in 1998. The property’s current assessment is $780,100.
