WESTPORT–The Building Department has received an application for a permit to demolish the house at 10 Bolton Lane.
The 1½-story cape was built in 1961. It has 2,600-square-feet of living space, five bedrooms, three baths, a basement area, a garage, a wood deck, a finished half-story and a finished upper story.
The property has been owned by people with the same last name since the 1960s. The property’s current assessment is $752,600.
Bolton Lane is off of Wilton Road.
