WESTPORT–The Building Department has issued a permit to demolish the structure at 10 Greenwood Lane.
The single-story ranch was built in 1954. It has 1,800-square-feet of living space, four bedrooms, two baths, a half-bath, a basement area, a garage, a stone patio and an enclosed porch.
The property traded hands in October for $1,025,000. It had previously traded for $525,000 in 1999 and for $406,000 in 1987. The property’s current assessment is $511,100.
Greenwood Lane is off of Sturges Commons, which is off of Sturges Highway.
