
WESTPORT — A recital of “classical contemporary” music by pianist Adam Tendler will take place Friday at MoCA Westport.
Tendler, a recent recipient of the Lincoln Center Award for Emerging Artists, will perform at 7 p.m. Friday, July 15, at the museum, 19 Newtown Turnpike.
General admission tickets for the concert, part of the Music at MoCA series, cost $35. Tickets for seniors and students are $20 and tickets to watch the concert online cost $15. Tickets can be purchased by clicking here.
Tendler’s repertoire for the event will include “selections by Aaron Copland, Philip Glass, Darius Milhaud and more,” according to publicity for the concert.
It will be staged within the museum’s current exhibition, “Women Pulling at the Threads of Social Discourse,” which attendees can view in advance of the performance.
