WESTPORT–The Building Department has issued a permit to demolish the house at 30 Beachside Ave.
The two-story Colonial was built in 1920. It has 4,200-square-feet of living space, five bedrooms, five bathrooms, a half-bathroom, basement area, garage, stone patio, finished upper story, unfinished attic, inground pool, patio and open porch. The property traded hands in 2020 for $3,700,000. The property’s current assessment is $3,372,200.
