Westport’s Building Department issued a demolition permit for the residence at 33 Burr Farms Road in March, 2020. The original house, built in 1954, was a one-story split level with 1,928-square feet of living space.

In its place today stands the house shown above: a 6,000-square foot, two-story residence, with six bedrooms, five full baths and three half baths, garage, porch, stone patio and finished attic.

The property traded hands in November 2020 for $3.2 million. Prior to the new construction, the property traded in January 2020 for $790K.

The assessed value of the property was $684,900 in 2018; it now stands at $2,227,800.
