WESTPORT–The Building Department issued a residential demolition permit on Friday for the property at 32 Sturges Commons.
Built in 1952, the single-story ranch has 2,600-square-feet of living space, three bedrooms, two and a half baths, an unfinished basement and a wood deck.
The property traded hands in July for $900K. It had traded in 2019 for $800K and in 2000 for $694K.
The property’s assessment currently stands at $645,000.
