WESTPORT–The Historic District Commission unanimously voted last month to allow issuance of a demolition permit for the house at 23 High Point Road.
Built in 1956, the single-story raised ranch has 1,800-square-feet of living space, three bedrooms, three baths, a raised basement, a balcony and a wood deck.
The property traded hands in May for $1.1 million.
The property’s assessment currently stands at $530,100.
