Westport’s Building Department issued a demolition permit last week for the residence at 20 Island Way.
Built in 1963, the single-story, 2,300 square foot, 3 bedroom, 3 bath, Colonial house has a basement, a garage, a brick patio and a wooden deck.
20 Island Way traded hands in 2002 for $800K and last October for $1.00 million.
The property is currently assessed at $628,700.
