WESTPORT — The snowfall forecast Saturday night fell short, but more — perhaps a lot more — may be headed this way.
As cleanup of approximately 4 inches of snow and ice dropped across coastal Connecticut proceeded with few problems early Sunday as temperatures rose above freezing, three more winter storms are forecast over the coming week by the National Weather Service.
There is a 50 percent chance of snow Tuesday night, with a 100 percent chance of more snow expected overnight Wednesday into Thursday and, finally, a 50 percent likelihood of snow Saturday.
