WESTPORT — Despite what was being billed as a century-type storm, the former Hurricane Henri thus far has been something of a washout here in Westport. Downgraded to a tropical storm, it has slowed its arrival and veered east. Rain and potential winds later this afternoon could still be a problem, but at least earlier today the scene around town was a relatively calm one.
