Last Saturday, Earthplace hosted its annual fundraising gala, Cocktails & Clams, in support of Harbor Watch.
Hosted by Copps Island Oysters and Norm Bloom, more than 200 people attended the event. Guests ate from an unlimited raw bar with Copps Island Oysters and clams, hors d’oeuvres from Harbor Harvest, wine from Black Bear Wine & Spirits, Litchfield Distillery Vodka, beer from Black Hog Brewery, a silent auction and live music.

The event was held for the first time since 2019; funds raised will go towards keeping local waterways clean, supporting Harbor Watch’s intern program and purchasing lab equipment.
