The single-story ranch was built in 1954. It has 2,000 square feet of living space, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a crawl space, a garage, a stone patio and a screen porch.
The property traded hands in February for $999,000. It had previously traded for $791,000 in 2004, $580,000 in 2001, $542,000 in 2000 and $425,000 in 1996. The property’s current assessment is $448,500.
