Built in 1955, the 2-story, 2-family split-level has 3,900-square-feet of living space, four bedrooms, three full baths and two half baths, a raised basement, a crawl space, a garage, a finished attic and a wood deck.

The property traded hands in June for $1.35 million. 

The property’s assessment currently stands at $833,600.

Ellery Lane is off of Prospect Road.
