The home at 12 Wakeman Road is a 2½-story custom Colonial. Its 5,600-square-feet includes six bedrooms, five full bathrooms and one half bathroom, a basement, a crawl space, a garage,  a stone patio, a porch, a finished half-story, a finished upper-story, and an unfinished attic.

The vacant lot traded hands in 2020 for $537,500. The finished house sold for $2,510,000 last March.

The assessed value of the property was $421,400 in 2019 and is $1,639,900 today.
