During the week of Sept. 29-Oct. 3, 14 properties sold for a total of $35.0 million, including properties on Ambler Road W, Evergreen Parkway, Greens Farms Road, Harvest Commons, Hillspoint Road, Iris Lane, Northfield Drive, Otter Trail, Richmondville Ave., Sturges Commons (shown), Terra Nova Circle and West Parish Road.

During the week of Sept. 22-16, 13 properties sold for a total of $21.00 million, including properties on Berkeley Hill, Bowling Lane, Calumet Road, Cranbury Road, Easton Road, Florian Court (shown), George St., Hills Lane, Parsell Lane, Prospect, Road, Pumpkin Hill, Sherwood Drive and Sturges Highway.

During the week of September 15-19, twelve properties sold for a total of $37.52 million, including properties on Bauer Place, Compo Road N, Harding Lane, Hunt Club Lane, Kings Highway S, Long Lots Road, Morningside Drive S, Park Lane, Pleasant Valley Lane, Rayfield Road, Richmondville Ave. and Twin Circle Drive (shown).

During the week of September 8-12, twelve properties sold for a total of $37.52 million, including properties on Bauer Place Ext, Bradley St., Catamount Road, Compo Hill Ave (shown), Easton Road, Harvest Commons, Lansdowne, Post Road E, Reimer Road, Swallow Lane, Sylvan Road N and Wilton Road.

WESTPORT — During the week of Sept. 1-5, four properties sold for a total of $8.36 million, including properties on Bridge St., Grouse Path (shown), Plumtree Lane and Ruta Court.

During the week of Aug. 25-29, six properties sold for a total of $16.29 million, including properties on Great Marsh Road, Narrow Rocks Road, Overlook Road, Post Road E, Sturges Commons (shown) and Wassell Lane.

WESTPORT — Eleven Westport properties sold during the week of Aug. 18–22, for a combined $30.3 million, including properties on Bayberry Lane, Burr Farms Road, Center St., Compo Road S (shown), Crooked Mile Road, Marion Road, Old Hill Road, Richmondville Ave., The Mews and Whippoorwill Lane.

WESTPORT — During the week of Aug. 11-15, seven properties sold for a total of $17.40 million, including properties on Evergreen Ave., Mansfield Place, North Ave., Riverside Ave., Tamarac Road, Woodside Lane and Woody Lane (shown).

During the week of Aug. 4-8, eleven properties sold for a total of $29.0 million, including properties on Bayberry Lane, Clapboard Hill Road (shown), Donald Drive, Gault Pk Drive, Hale St., Hillspoint Road, Lincoln St., Post Road E, Sherwood Farms Lane, Tar Rock Road and Weathervane Hill.

WESTPORT — From July 28 – Aug. 1, seven properties sold for a total of $18.4 million, including properties on Bradley St. (shown), Compo Road S, Elwil Drive, Greens Farms Road, Jennie Lane and Richmondville Ave.

WESTPORT — From July 21-25, 11 properties sold for a total of $19.1 million, including properties on Apache Trail, Compo Road N, Island Way, Maplewood Ave., Morningside Lane, North Ave., Otter Trail (shown), Post Road E, Strathmore Lane, Whitney Glen Drive and Willowbrook Drive.

WESTPORT — From July 4-7, seven properties sold for a total of $17.5 million, including properties on Compo Road N, Crooked Mile Road, Gault Park Drive (shown), Kings Highway S, Long Lots Lane, Regents Park and Woody Lane.
