SUMMARY:Sound Bath Meditation with Hummingbird Healing Arts
DESCRIPTION:Lisa’s unique immersive Sound Bath Meditations are multi-instrumental soundscapes designed to reset your nervous system. They typically begin with a short guided meditation to relax the participants as they lie down on yoga mats with blankets\, bolsters and eye pillows. As the soothing sounds wash over the participants—hence the term “sound bath”— Lisa allows the Himalayan bowls\, gongs\, crystal bowls\, drums\, rainsticks\, percussion\, nature sounds and her voice to work their magic.
