DESCRIPTION:Saturday\, January 10\, 2026\, 10am–5pm \nWinter can feel long and lonely—start 2026 right with a day focusing on health and wellness at the Bruce Museum! On Saturday January 10th\, 2026\, come visit the Bruce Museum for a full day of programs and activities. Activities will include therapeutic movement and poetry in the Bruce galleries\, guided meditation\, a showing of the documentary Heavy Healing which focuses on the healing powers of heavy metal music and a conversation for families about teens and mental health with Kids in Crisis. \nAll programs are free with admission to the Bruce\, but registration for individual activities is necessary. SUMMARY:Birding at the Bruce Museum with Greenwich Audubon
DESCRIPTION:Saturday\, January 10\, 2025\, 1–2pm \nJoin the Bruce Museum and Greenwich Audubon for a tour of the neighboring Oneida Sanctuary. Tours will meet at the Visitor Services Desk in museum lobby\, and walk from the Bruce Park Playground to Audubon’s neighboring Oneida Sanctuary. The Oneida Sanctuary is located in one of Greenwich’s only remaining coastal salt marshes. \nThis location not only provides an opportunity to see bird species that use this special habitat such as waterfowl\, shorebirds\, herons & egrets but also learn about Audubon’s conservation efforts to improve our coastal resiliency in Greenwich. \nPlease meet at the Bruce Museum Lobby.
